Champions League is back and already in the second week now. The biggest attraction of this week is probably the match between Barcelona and Inter Milan. This is set to be mouth-watering 90 minutes of football.

Inter is going to Camp Nou in a great form. Antonio Conte’s side is in superb form this season. On the domestic front, they have won all six matches. They have scored 13 goals in those matches. They have been super in the defense as well, conceding only three goals in all competition during the period of the first two months of 2019-20 football seasons. They are leading the Seria A after six matches.

Barcelona on the other hand not yet at their very best. The last three matches in La Liga, they had a draw, a win, and a loss. They had also started the campaign well, winning the first two matches. They are in the fourth position on the table now. This campaign is marked by injuries where many of their players including their talisman payer Leo Messi were out. Good news for Barcelona is both Messi and Dembélé can be back in the squad, at least for the second half.

The statistics seem to be in favor of Inter, but the Champions League is a different ball game altogether. Both the teams had drawn in their first match. And Milan will be without their star striker Romelu Lukaku, whom they have purchased this season from Manchester United. However, with Alexis Sánchez, Lautaro Martínez, Marcelo Brozovic, and Stefano Sensi Inter will be a tough team to beat. But Barcelona has the home advantage and the fact that Messi can be back in the team are two key factors that could make a difference in the game.

Whoever wins or even in case of a draw, this match is going to be a thriller.
